Join us to shape the future of energy through data-driven innovation and strategic leadership. As the operational deputy to our CDAO, you'll drive transformational initiatives that build tomorrow's AI capabilities. This position can be filled in the DACH region.

**What you will do**:

- Lead end-to-end program and project management for key Data & Analytics initiatives across the business area
- Own and evolve the Data & Analytics operating model, including frameworks, processes, and collaboration standards
- Drive portfolio planning, budget oversight, prioritization, and benefit realization for all DnA projects
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts across business, data, and IT teams to ensure aligned delivery
- Prepare executive-level briefings and serve as interface to enabling functions for operational coordination
- Guide the organization's progression toward AI readiness and enterprise adoption of GenAI technologies

**What you bring & who you are**:

- Master's or Ph.D. in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years of experience managing complex data and analytics projects/programs
- Proven track record in program and portfolio management within the data and analytics space
- Strong organizational leadership with ability to drive projects without formal line authority
- Experience in product management beyond project delivery and knowledge of data governance best practices
- Ideally, MBA or executive education focused on strategy and implementation
