**Company Description**: As Internal Communications Specialist, you’ll manage, support, and lead strategic communications projects within Red Bull Media House. In this role you’ll oversee the end-to-end internal communications pipeline and you’ll have frequent exchange with the Senior Management Team. In addition, you’ll support the Senior Management with a range of strategic tasks and initiatives involved in the day-to-day operations of the organization.
**INTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS**
In this exciting position, you’ll manage, support and maintain internal communications platforms, knowledge hubs and events. You’ll develop and implement internal communications concepts and create content and stories for innovative internal communications campaigns. Moreover, you’ll establish effective relationships with all relevant department heads to increase cross-departmental awareness and communication.
**PROJECT MANAGEMENT**
You’ll be responsible for the management, coordination, and implementation of cross-functional projects of strategic importance. You’ll hold regular status meetings and workshops with project teams, and you’ll structure and optimize processes across departments. Furthermore, it is your responsibility to develop benchmarking concepts by researching, preparing, evaluating and analyzing data.
**ANALYSIS**
As Internal Communications Specialist, you’ll analyze requirements before as well as during the projects & programs. You’ll always be seeking for opportunities for improvements and make constructive suggestions for change. In addition, you’ll be responsible for conducting analysis and assessment of needs within the organization and analyze the current operating model, and outline areas of improvement.
**STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT**
In this role, you’ll interact with stakeholders across all department and hierarchy levels and establish collaborative relationships with them. Furthermore, you’ll advise stakeholders in structural, cross-functional, and strategic matters as well as set and manage their expectations.
**Qualifications**:
3+ years of experience in an equivalent communications function
Proven track record of delivering effective (internal) communications projects
Experienced with Adobe Photoshop and internal communication platforms, preferably MS Sharepoint
High-level competence in internal communications best practices
Strong organization and project management skills
Independent way of working with minimum supervision in a dynamic environment
With your excellent communications skills you are able to establish and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2041 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
