**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Koordination und Leitung des Rooms Devision Bereich: Rezeption, Reservierung, Houskeeping
- Führung des Front Office Teams sowie Ausbildung der Lehrlinge
- Organisation, Sicherstellung und aktive Mitarbeit für eine reibungslosen Ablaufes in den jeweiligen Abteilungen
- Operativer Zimmerverkauf, Debitorenverwaltung, Rechnungskontrolle, Stornokontrollen uvm.
- Erstellung von Belegungspläne und Statistiken
- Führung der Tagesbesprechungen mit dem Team
- Koordinierung der Dienst
- und Urlaubspläne
- Qualitätssicherung und Einhaltung der Richtlinien
- Übernehmen von Führungsaufgaben

**Ihr Profil**:

- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Hotellerie
- Sie übernehmen gerne Verantwortung
- Sie verfügen über mehrjährige Führungserfahrung mit Kenntnissen im Logisbereich
- Sie haben eine freundliche und herzliche Ausstrahlung sowie eine serviceorientierte Persönlichkeit
- Sie verfügen über fundierte Kenntnisse von Hotelsystemen, vorzugsweise in Opera
- Sie haben eine zuverlässige Arbeitsweise mit hohem Qualitätsbewusstsein
- Sie sind belastbar, flexibel und ein Teamplayer
