As a Junior Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing data and maintaining Dashboard in order to provide insights that can be used to improve our company's performance. You will work closely with the Business Insight Team and IBEX to understand their needs and deliver concrete insights.

**Responsibilities**
- Collecting, analysing and interpreting data from various sources
- Developing and maintaining dashboards using Power BI
- Crafting and distributing reports to relevant collaborators
- Conducting ad-hoc analyses to support business decisions
- Collaborating with multi-functional teams to find opportunities for improvement
- Providing recommendations to improve business processes and systems
- Ensuring data accuracy and integrity
- Maintaining and Collecting all vital master data required for different Report or Analysis.

**Your Profile**:

- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science or IT related fields
- Demonstrable experience in data analysis
- Experience with Veeva and Power BI or any Power Platform Tool is recommended.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to manipulate complex data sets
- Superb communication and presentation skills
- Good attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Excellent command of spoken and written German and English
- Experience in the pharmaceutical environment will be an advantage.
