**Role Description**:
As a design and user experience expert, you will be working closely with the product, marketing, and development teams to improve the current user flow of our product and draft and design new features.

**These tasks are waiting for you**:

- Working with our product team to draft and design new product features
- Support product planning and prioritization activities in the context of UX
- Prepare and conduct user feedback sessions, together with the product management and customer success teams
- Support in conceptualizing, reviewing, and optionally helping to design product marketing content
- Collaboration with the marketing team on website UX

**Your profile**:

- Used to working in agile teams and understanding UX concepts
- Strong portfolio with a variety of engaging design and prototyping work
- Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, the Adobe Creative Suite programs or similar commercial or open-source solutions
- Excellent networking and communication skills
- Experience in creating memorable content design
- Fluent in English, German is a plus
- Your profile is completed by your openness, creativity, and strong work ethic, as well as by your ability to collaborate well with others
