This Position reports to:
Teamleiter

**Your Role: Own the Challenge**
- ** Leadership and Management**: Responsible for leading and managing the employees in the shift, promoting their professional development, and conducting employee discussions.
- ** Production and Planning**: Coordinating and ensuring timely production as well as planning and organizing shift assignments.
- ** Process Optimization**: Responsible for continuous improvement processes and optimization of workflows.
- ** Documentation and Reporting**: Creating detailed reports and documentation.

In accordance with the collective agreement for the electrical and electronics industry in Austria, the minimum salary for this position is € 3.348,62 gross per month as of May 2025. There is a clear willingness to offer compensation above the collectively agreed minimum salary, depending on qualifications and experience.
