**Company Description**:
**Our Global Supply Chain Planning Team is looking for a Beverage Planning Specialist.**
In this role you will take over the responsibility of the short-term global production planning using state-of-the-art tools. Moreover, you will be responsible for short-term material availability in alignment with internal and external stakeholders.
**SHORT-TERM PLANNING**
In this role you will take over the short-term global production/procurement planning using the Advanced Planning and Optimizer tool. You will also be responsible for short-term material availability in alignment with internal and external stakeholders.
**DATA QUALITY**
A smooth process requires a high data quality. Therefore, you will ensure the data quality for all planning related parameters in our Planning Tools and Master Data Systems. You will also track and monitor NPIs.
**MATERIAL SPECIFICATION**
You will ensure that materials are produced within specifications by managing material specifications in several master data systems (eg. SAP MDG-M) and communicate to internal and external stakeholders.
**ANALYSIS**
You should be able to analyse actual versus plan with respect to demand, supply and quality and take corrective action if necessary.
**LONG-TERM PLANNING**
Together with the team you will be also responsible for the correctness of the global long-term production/procurement planning and the dependent requirements for visibility items, packaging and raw materials. The long-term production/procurement planning serves as input for sourcing, contracting and planning of visibility items, packaging and raw materials.
**CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT**
To contribute to the continuous improvement of the planning processes and support/execute supply chain projects you should have comprehensive knowledge of Scheduling and Planning Techniques and you should be able to handle programs like SAP PP/MM,SAP APO and SAP MDG-M.
**Qualifications**:
3 years’ experience in Supply Chain Management
Understanding of FMCG industry and state of the art planning processes and systems (eg. SAP APO)
Experienced in working within a fast-paced environment, within a global organization
Strong analytical skills and fact-based decision making
Open minded, collaborative and solution oriented
Focused and Proactive
Good interpersonal skills - Team player

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2,405 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
