To strengthen the company and its strategic goals, we are looking for a Head of Mergers & Acquisition (f/m/x) Industry & Sustainability YOUR FUTURE ROLE - Overall responsibility for analyzing and evaluating acquisition and divestment targets - conduct valuations, business plan reviews and financial analyses - Internal stakeholder management (Board, divisions) - External stakeholder management (finance organization, investor relations, communications) - Prepare divestment analyses, including cost/benefit scenarios - Identify financial problems and initiate solutions with finance management (group controlling, finance, accounting, tax, etc.) - Support effective coordination of Board and Supervisory Board proposals and information processes JOB REQUIREMENTS - Entrepreneurial drive combined with proven leadership qualities - "Hands-on" mentality with a high focus on results - Consistent in implementation - Experienced in stakeholder management - Degree in business administration or technical/scientific studies - Expertise and experience in developing and implementing multiple, simultaneous M&A projects and business cases - Profound knowledge of business ratios and in the valuation of complex companies - Very good command of English OUR CLIENT OFFERS - A full-time employment contract with attractive remuneration, starting with 120,000 g.p.a. plus bonus, depending on skills and experience - An excellent working experience within an internationally renowned company in a fast-moving business sector - Entry into a multinational company offering various internal training and development opportunities ARE YOU INTERESTED?
