**As an ITSM Process Lead, you have a passion for excellence in IT service delivery. You will be part of a team driving a culture change within Red Bull IT to transform the company towards a “service mindset”. You will take ownership over one or more ITIL processes (Incident, Request, Change, Problem, Configuration,), and push towards increasing the maturity of your processes.**
Your process designs strive for simplicity and alignment with industry best practice, in order to support the growth of the company whilst ensuring a consistent, reliable and predictable customer experience of our IT services.
Report directly to the Global ITSM Team Manager, you will join a team of 5 highly motivated process owners at the beautiful Red Bull Base in Elsbethen, Austria.
**ITSM PROCESS OWNERSHIP**
As the owner of one or more ITIL processes, you bring your experience across the spectrum of ITIL practices to challenge our status quo.
You ensure that your processes align with our IT strategic direction, achieve the desired business outcome, and meet our desire to balance flexibility against stability.
In line with our ITSM roadmap, you take ownership over delivering improvements in the maturity level of your processes to our desired level.
You will achieve this by consulting widely with stakeholders both within and outside of Red Bull IT, leveraging industry frameworks & best practice, and lessons learned from other like-minded companies.
**SERVICE TRANSITION & OPERATIONS**
Raising the maturity of Red Bull’s Service Transition & Service Operations processes is a crucial requirement to ensure the delivery of sustainable and predictable IT services.
Informed by your hands-on experience running these processes, you provide insightful inputs to other process owners to improve the measurability, quality, scalability, reliability, agility, security or simplicity by which Red Bull IT delivers services to our customers.
Experience leading Configuration Management processes will be very seen favorably.
**PROJECT MANAGEMENT**
Your experience includes the delivery of projects of moderate complexity.
You are comfortable preparing standard project artefacts, including business cases and project reporting; defining appropriate governance mechanisms for running your projects, and managing delivery amongst a combination of project team members and external partners.
**ORGANISATIONAL CHANGE MANAGEMENT**
Implementing new ITSM policies, processes and procedures inevitably comes with resistance.
You are well-versed in managing this resistance to change.
You have a collaborative mindset, consulting widely with your global stakeholders in introducing and implementing organizational change.
**VENDOR MANAGEMENT**
Red Bull IT relies heavily on our network of external partners for project delivery.
You are accustomed to the usual challenges involved in external partnerships, including contract negotiation, service level and performance management, and managing deliver in a multi-vendor environment.
**Qualifications**:
Degree in computer science, business informatics or equivalent experience or proven work experience with knowledge of ITIL
Fluent English is mandatory.
ITIL Foundation certification
Ability to understand and translate business requirements into structures and processes
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Self-driven with can-do attitude
**Additional Information**:
Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2,041 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
