Red Bull Media House is seeking a Budget & Contract Specialist to take charge of operational finance, budgeting, and pre-accounting within our Information Technology department.

In this role, you'll be the backbone of our financial operations, ensuring efficient and effective processing of all related tasks. You'll need to understand the 'why' behind our processes and leverage this knowledge to support and enhance our IT operations. You strive for efficient and effective processing of related operational tasks.

**FINANCE CONTROLLING**

In this role, you’ll act as primary operational contact within Red Bull Media House /Media IT for Finance Controlling. You’ll be facilitating the annual Budget Planning process as well as the revised budget cycles throughout the year, working in close collaboration with Red Bull Media House Finance Controlling. You’ll also be ensuring the department P&L is planned (including Indirect and Direct costs, invests as well as internal cost allocation). Last but not least, you’ll facilitate the different aspects of internal cost allocations (for example Recharges)

**STAKEHOLDERS MANAGEMENT**

This role will also demand from you support and consulting IT Service Owners regarding their budget accountability. To do so, you’ll maintain IT’s Budget Owner Handbook and ensure cost transparency for Key Stakeholders. On top of that, you’ll ensure TCO transparency for Services as well as for the Media IT overall.

**OPERATIONAL TASKS**

The operational duties for this role will consist of doing pre-accounting of invoices and answering questions from accounting about goods & services invoiced. You’ll also help Media IT colleagues to create purchase orders, do the invoices pre accounting, do the Re-charges & costs allocation, helping also with financial reporting and allocation of indirect costs to services. Finally, you’ll assist Finance with cost clarification questions.

**Qualifications**:
University degree in finance / accounting or any equivalent relevant experience.

Fluent in English, German is a plus

Previous professional experience as IT/Finance controller or accountant

Strong financial and accounting skills

Knowledge how IT services, systems and equipment are sourced from a financial perspective.

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Ability to analyse financial data and make recommendations.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and attention to details

Ambition to grow, continuously develop individual skills and passion to learn.

Open minded team player having strong communication skills.

Passionate about the Media World of Red Bull

**Additional Information**:
Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2,029 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
