**As Junior Controller you'll support the Media Network Finance Team in all aspects of controlling, such as monthly reporting, business planning & forecasting. In addition, you start building strong relationships with different business partners.**:
In this function you'll work towards becoming a finance specialist for the Red Bull Media Network’s Sports, Central Content & Production units. Over time this role will offer the possibility of independently overseeing and structurally improving subdepartments of these units.

**PLANNING & FORECASTING**:
Contribute to business planning procedures and preparation of plan presentations

Support and challenge the business partners during the planning process, collect and analyse forecast data

**MONTH END CLOSING**:
Support month-end closing activities

Preparation and continuous improvement of management reporting, discuss results during month-end closing meetings and consider impacts on results

Alignment with the accounting team

**BUSINESS PARTNERING**:
Act as sparring partner for business partners and management - close collaboration with the budget owners. Support, but also challenge business development

Performing financial analysis on projects, ad-hoc and pro-active basis

Preparation of reports and presentations based on request

**PROJECTS**:
Active involvement in new and existing finance projects

Develop new tools and reports

**GENERAL**:
Ensure full compliance with the Group Controlling and Reporting guidelines

Share best practices, insights and ideas, as well as highlighting risks and opportunities

**Your areas of knowledge and expertise**:

- University Degree in Business Administration or similar (minimum Bachelor)
- Gained first working experience (internships) in Finance/ Controlling
- Analytical thinker with strong business acumen and IT literacy
- Excellent MS Office knowledge (Excel), familiarity with integrated business analysis tools (SAP/-ERP, -BI) as a strong plus
- High level of finance knowledge (Controlling and Accounting)
- Ability to quickly identify and analyse causalities, risks and impacts
- Structured and well-organised working style
- High level of engagement, self-directed person, team-player
- Very good communication and presentation skills
- Entrepreneurial and result-oriented thinking, flexibility to quickly adapt in fast-paced environment
