We're looking for an highly motivated and organized Founder's Associate to support our CEO and Co-founder in the day-to-day operations of our fast-growing startup. If our mission aligns with your values and personal goals, we'd love to get to know you

Tasks
- Work directly with our CEO and provide support with daily tasks.
- Support the development and execution of sales and marketing strategies.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and other documents for internal and external stakeholders.
- Communicating with potential partners, sales prospects, and various stakeholders
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth operations and help identify areas for improvement.

**Requirements**:

- You hold a master's degree in a business field
- You have several years of demonstrable professional experience as a business analyst or in a similar position
- You have excellent communication skills
- You have proven analytical and organizational skills and can work and prioritize efficiently
- You are an exceptional team player and like to tackle challenges efficiently
- You are experienced in maintaining confidentiality and discretion
- You are sustainability-driven and keen to support our mission
- You are fluent in English and German.
