**Head of Network Security (w/m/d)**:

- Als Head of Network Security entwickelst du ein stark wachsendes Team rund um das gesamte Leistungspotential von klassischen Firewall-Services zu neuen Cloud-basierten Technologien.
- Dabei liegt der Fokus auf:

- Der Sicherstellung der Leistungsfähigkeit der operativen Aufgaben im Bereich von Firewall Services und WAF.
- Einer sicheren, verlässlichen Personalführung, die Mitarbeiter*innen in ihrer Arbeit unterstützt, ihre Stärken ausbaut.
- Kunden mit innovativen Lösungsansätzen begeistern und damit den Aufbau dieses Wachstumsbereichs sicherzustellen.
- Der bedarfsgerechten Vernetzung mit den Deliveryeinheiten der DACH Organisation

**Deine bisherigen Erfahrungen**:

- Du kennst die klassischen Firewall-Infrastrukturen und ermöglichst die Transformation in eine innovative Netzwerkarchitektur für Kunden.
- Du bist offen für neue Technologien und empfindest es als spannende Herausforderung unterschiedliche Elemente im Bereich von Netzwerksecurity (wie z.B.: FaaS, SaaS, sicheren Web-Gateways, Cloud Access Security Broker, Zero Trust Netzwerkzugang etc.) zu komplexen Gesamtlösungen zu kombinieren.
- Du bist in der Lage deine Mitarbeiter*innen zu begeistern.
- Du holst Kunden auf der persönlichen und technischen Ebene ab, sodass eine Vertrauensbasis aufgebaut wird.
