Senior Construction Manager, Design and Construction

Bachelor's degree - Experience in project management, real estate development, architecture/design - Construction market experience in one or more EU countries is key asset. - Project Management experience from design phase through implementation and operation. - Experience negotiating construction, procurement and labor contracts in EU. - Proven track record of management of construction quality systems. - Experience in managing a team. - Fluency in English and German.
- Experience of Six Sigma and Lean analytical techniques
- MRICS / RIBA qualified, or Country equivalent
- Chartered Engineer or Country equivalent
- Project Management experience from design phase through implementation and operation
- Experience negotiating construction, procurement and labor contracts in EU
- Having deployed from scratch a system would be a preferred asset
- French, Polish, Arabic, Portuguese, Turkish, Afrikaans and Zulu are considered preferred qualifications.
