Project Manager (m/w/d)

Your Responsibilities:
- Accountability for delivering customer projects in time, according to Dedalus best practice procedures- Accountability for quality and cost effective customer project realization in budget, revenue and billing according to Dedalus procedures- Accountability for an effective utilisation of project resources, planning of resources and milestones- Accountability for a standardized hand-over from sales and to support- Accountability to achieve customer acceptance for projects- being first contact for the customer within the project scope- organize handover from sales and to support- manage customer expectations; request and control of customer’s obligation to cooperate- Setup and monitor project budgets- Set-up project schedule (e.g. activities, resources) and implementation strategy- monitor, steer and control projects (time, budget, quality)- initialize project invoicing and trigger revenue recognition process- manage project risks and quality- perform project escalation management (e.g. steering committee and project meetings)- assure Project documentation- manage third party suppliers (as part of the project deliverables)

Your Qualifications:
- Associate degree in economics in medical or nursing science or working experience in Healthcare industry- Minimum 2 years Healthcare industry experience- Know Clinical environment and workflows- Business knowledge and “entrepreneurial thinking”- Basic knowledge of contract law (experience in the contractual execution of projects)- Interest in the technical management of employees and in the management of project teams- Professional communication skills with a strong service orientation- Quick comprehension, analytical skills, independent and goal-oriented way of working- Project management certification (PMP, Prince 2, IPMA Level C) is an advantage- Fluent written and spoken German and English
