**Our business**

**Your role**:

- Ensure the implementation, the maintenance as well as the continuous improvement of harmonized and standardized SAP based processes for Procurement as part of the SAP S/4 Hana Program and SAP Ariba Project. Focus on P2P processes in backend systems and Central Procurement and their integration to Ariba Buying/GB integration
- Responsible for the methodical and content quality of process management across Corporate Procurement in line with existing group Standards
- Responsible for the alignment of processes across departments and locations
- Drive the prioritization and selection of strategically relevant process initiatives and value-added use cases
- Prepare the final decision basis for the Process Decision Board for key Topics
- Accountable for user trainings and E2E user acceptance tests
- Accountable for the alignment of future Purchase2Pay processes in SAP S/4 HANA within the organization and on senior management level. Focus on integration with inventory and warehouse management

**Your profile**:

- Master degree in Business Administration and/or IT and at least 9 years of experience
- Strong knowledge of SAP MM modules (SAP S/4 HANA; Central Procurement Hub knowledge as strong advantage)
- Proven project management, organization and team leading skills
- Knowledge of OMV's industry
- and business-specific requirements with regard to SAP and end -to-end business processes is an advantage
- Ability to anticipate risks and devise proactive solutions
