Your Responsibilities
The Graduate School Office (GSO) is a core administrative unit that deals with the organization of PhD student life at ISTA. During your internship you will be helping us to maintain our online presence for external and internal audiences.
Update the GSO institutional contact database
Support student marketing and recruiting operations (update postings on online advertising platforms, collect data about recruitment events in target institutions)
Website editing and proofreading
Help with routine office tasks and event organization (Graduation Ceremony)
Your Profile
Ongoing Bachelor’s degree (first year completed) or higher ongoing degree
Strong attention to detail and process orientation
Previous work in office environment is an advantage
Good knowledge of written and spoken English (Institute language)
Knowledge of WordPress and Excel is an advantage
