**Global Design System Product Owner**
**- Marketing Technology Tribe (f/m/x)**:

- The Marketing Technology Tribe delivers technological services to support the marketing activities of all business units within the bank. The Global Design System serves as the foundation for design and front-end development across all digital channels. The Product Owner's role is to ensure the successful delivery of the Group Design System and promote its reuse throughout the company.#full-time

**Your role at RBI**:

- Collaborate with all product owners within the company, anticipate their needs, and translate them into product requirements
- Define the vision for the team's product
- Create a product roadmap based on this vision
- Manage the product backlog and prioritize items based on changing requirements
- Oversee all stages of product creation, including design and development
- Develop user stories
- Monitor and evaluate product progress at each stage of the process
- Communicate and collaborate with the product team and end-users to provide updates
- Participate in Scrum meetings and product sprints
- Stay updated on industry trends
- Plan releases and upgrades

***Your core competencies**:

- Work experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role in product management
- In-depth knowledge of Scrum and Agile Software Development Methodology
- Familiarity with product development architecture Understanding of design quality standards
- Proficiency in using analytical tools
- Effective prioritization skills
- Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles
- Strong oral and written communication skills; ability to work well with large teams
- Fluent in English
- Technical background with knowledge of software development and web technologies
