Your mission
- Product management for digital printing and technical & converting papers
- Analyses competitive activities and trends in markets, customers, products, prices and channels
- Actively manages and develops the product portfolio: monitoring of sales and profitability performance in close cooperation with Stream Leads and mill and takes initiative in building of business cases
- Aligns customer inquiries with superior and mill requirements and managing the portfolio in terms of specification, finishing/packaging and quality & cost requirements
- Understands specific requirements for the marketing mix to maximize brand and portfolio visibility
- Manages product/brand communication: presentation, benefits and storytelling
- Transfers product expertise and printing technology trainings with internal and external stakeholder

**Profile**:

- A-level diploma and profound experiences or University degree in business economics
- Min. 3-5 years’ experience in marketing product management in B2B market
- Knowledge of graphic paper market in particular digital print market is an advantage
- Fluent in English and German
- Self-confident, communicative and “hands-on” personality, who is used to working independently but who can equally work in teams across countries and cultures and enjoys working with production environment in the paper mill
- Ability to manage various stakeholders (internal and external) by setting the right priorities and ensures flow in communication alongside excellent presentation skills
- Willingness to learn and certain technical interest
- Drives for results and enjoys taking decisions
- Excellent organizational skills - ability to work on multiple projects
- Doesn’t shy away from monthly reporting and admin tasks
- Willingness to travel to Austrian mill and internationally

**Offer**:

- Start: immediate start date possible, considering your availability (e.g. notice period)
- Location: Group office Vienna - Marxergasse 4A, 1030 Vienna
- Duration: unlimited contract
- Extent: full-time, 38 hours/week, all-in contract
- We offer a minimum compensation package starting at € 40,000 gross/year on a full-time basis (38 hours/week), with the opportunity of overpayment depending on your experience, skills and qualification.
