Our department Group Data Governance is a diverse and international team. It is a vital component of the Group Risk Data & Regulatory Reporting Division, focused on the critical realms of BCBS 239 and Data Quality Standards. In this context we are analyzing regulatory guidelines, formulating internal policies and checking their compliance.

**These tasks are waiting for you**:

- **BCBS 239 & Data Governance**:Support senior team members in evaluating and quantifying new regulations affecting the company's operations, investments, and data activities
- **Regulatory Compliance Support**:Assist in monitoring, evaluating, and ensuring compliance with relevant data quality standards
- **Data Assistance**:Help improving our data governance and quality standards enhancing our steering capabilities
- **Documentation and Reporting**:Assist in the preparation and maintenance of reports and documentation

***We are looking for someone who**:

- Is actively studying at a university or university of applied sciences (in IT, finance, regulatory affairs, law, economics, environmental science, mathematics, physics, or a related field)
- Has strong analytical skills, a result-oriented and structured way of working
- Has good communication skills; fluency in English is required and German is appreciated
- Is a team player but also enjoys working independently
- Has a high level of commitment and motivation
- Is genuinely enthusiastic about teamwork
- You are eager to continuously deepen your knowledge of regulatory topics
- You have good knowledge of relational databases (with additional experience being a plus)
- You have a high level of commitment and motivation
- You have basic knowledge of SQL, Python, R, PowerAutomate, PowerBI, and PowerApps (Office 365)
