**Our business**

**Your role**:

- Conception, evaluation and cost targeting of highly technical retail FS network projects & investment projects
- Development and implementation of strategic investment projects within a multi-year realization time frame
- Leading and controlling complex cross-network FS roll-out projects under consideration of internal and external stakeholder interests
- Selection and decision-making within FS network and investment projects in terms of profitability and future development of legal and technical framework conditions
- Planning and building owner representation of investment projects (NTI from PF2)
- Representation of project owner toward authorities and stakeholders, ensure obtaining of permits and approvals
- Representation and process controlling towards authorities in approval procedures
- Management and coordination of commissioned planning agencies and architects

**Your profile**:

- Master's degree in the field of civil or electrical engineering
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience
- Profound technical and operational knowledge on Retail FS network
- Strong economic understanding for construction and investment, development and performance of investment projects with responsibility towards authorities, advanced knowledge in project management
- Teamplayer and excellent communication skills
- Problem-solving and proactive approach
- Very good English language skills
