Bulgari will open a new boutique in Vienna this summer.
Therefore we are searching for the future sales team, including the Store Manager.
**Store Manager (f/m/d) full-time**
**Accountabilities**
**Sales**:
- Manage the selling environment and ensure perfect client service
- achieve sales objectives, store and service KPI’s, leading the sales team as role model
- Support and uphold the Bulgari values and competencies at all-times, striving to exceed expectation. Demonstrate the BULGARI sales and service model
- define and implement action plans to elevate client experience and sales performance
- develop the business within the High End Segment (High Jewellery)
**Store**:
- Maintain revenues and profitability in all store areas: Sales, Operations, After Sales Service
- Related to their environment guarantee profound knowledge on brand locations, events and marketing activities
**Client & Sales Development**:
- Act as an organisational interface towards the local marketing assuring the implementation of CRM strategies and procedures
- Strengthen the client-centric mindset in store to ensure the highest level of customer experience
- Constantly building a loyal and new clientele, projecting a positive and appealing brand image with a special focus on personal knowledge and relation building
- Monitor and provide tools for the sales people to help understand and increase performances
- Address client concerns/disputes/complains assuring that the client satisfaction is restored
**Team Management**:
- Assist your team with the achievement of their individual goals / targets by monitoring the suggestive selling process and providing timely feedback and direction
- Set new standards of excellence and executed them through management team: selling ceremony, client development, team development, training, coaching, operational efficiency, inventory management, etc.
- Ensure the training of employees to increase technical and product knowledge and develop sales techniques and stock management. Ensure the participation of the store team to training sessions in order to develop and strengthen their knowledge on different topics
- Partner with Sales Trainer in training definition, implementation plans and follow up.
**Profile**:
- Minimum 4+ years selling and management experience in luxury retail environment, preferably jewelry, watches and accessories products
- Strong leadership qualities and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels within the organization and our customer base.
- Excellent networking, communication and customer development abilities
- Analytical and technical skills and knowledge of store processes and procedures
- Fluent in German and in English, any other language an advantage
