**Your Tasks**:

- Financial analysis of operations for identifying opportunities to increase operational efficiency and minimize risk, as well as reporting of results and enhancing the analysis methodology
- Identifying and discussing productivity measures and maintaining contact with contractual partners in the Group companies and the holding company
- Ensuring transparency and clarity in communication regarding Operational Excellence of the Holding and the Group companies
- Actively supporting the community within the Group companies and the holding company to share best practices, successes and challenges in productivity management

**Your Profile**:

- In-depth knowledge and several years of professional experience with Operational Excellence projects, financial analysis preferred
- Comprehensive understanding of business contexts, very good project management skills
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills, structured and solutions-driven approach as well as entrepreneurial mindset
- Open personality with innovative attitude and strong social skills, above-average willingness to learn and
self-motivation
- Very good written and spoken English; proficiency in German and a CEE language an advantage
- Willingness to travel
