Your Responsibilities

As part of our IT division, the Digitalization and Operational Excellence team (DigX) is driving the implementation and advancement of state-of-the-art technologies such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA). In addition, the team is assisting internal stakeholders by providing expert support in project and process management. We are looking for an intern to support with the following tasks:

- Support the Digitalization & Operational Excellence team in project coordination, documentation, and follow-up activities within the PMO
- Assist in process mapping, analysis, and optimization initiatives across various departments
- Contribute to the preparation of presentations, reports, and data visualizations for stakeholders
- Conduct research on best practices in digitalization, process excellence, and project governance
- Support the development of standard operating procedures and templates to improve project and process maturity
- Depending on interest and capacity: contribute to RPA and digital architecture initiatives

Your Profile
- Ongoing or completed studies in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
- Strong interest in project management, business process improvement, and digital transformation
- Familiarity with MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); experience with project or process tools (e.g., Jira, Signavio, or similar) is of advantage
- Good communication skills in English (working language)
- Structured, analytical mindset with attention to detail and a proactive working style
- Team player with curiosity and willingness to learn in a dynamic environment
