**What to do**:
We are leading the digitalization of the bank and building the process systems which allow our customers to execute all tasks necessary. Your view inside Erste Digital will offer you an excellent insight in various products and teams in IT and business, as it allows a higher plain field of work thanks to the necessary collaboration on projects with other departments and will allow you to learn more about different areas of the bank and how things are ran smoothly.
- Work on creating architecture sketches in visual tools
- Researching various topics such as ESG, new trends in the financial and IT sectors
- Bring data to life by creating insightful visual analysis of data usage and flows (Enterprise Data Architecture)
- Supporting senior architects in various projects (eg. C&M, Risk & Finance, Retail, AI) within Group Architecture across the entities
- Preparing management presentations on several topics linked to the implementation of Group Strategies
- Carrying out process analysis, research, reviews and architectural documentation activities Shaping relevant information for various stakeholder groups into presentations or other formats

**You check these boxes**:

- Have an academic focus on banking, economics, consulting, management, business information systems or business informatics
- First experience in IT Management and Banking
- Have a reasonably good understanding of banking products and eventually IT trends
- Interest in Management, Organizational Development, Economics and Agile
- Passion for teamwork and continuous learning
- Bring in excellent analytical, IT, communication and presentation skills, as well as a creative problem-solving approach

- We offer you a varied part-time internship position (20-30h/week) for 12 months. An internship salary of EUR 2.635;
- gross per month (on a full-time basis) is offered.
