**Company Description**
Would you like to be part of a dynamic team in a leading international retail company? At BILLA CEE we are proud of our large team of 25,000 colleagues in Bulgaria, Lithuania, Slovakia and the Czech Republic. With your support, we aim to create strategic synergies and drive development in the BILLA CEE countries. As an intern in the Inhouse Consulting & Strategy Development CEE department, you will actively support REWE Group's business consulting and development activities.

You not only have the opportunity to become part of our team for 3-6 months, but also the chance of a permanent position following your internship. Our office is located in Wr.Neundorf (Lower Austria - Austria).

- You will support our consulting team with board-related consulting projects in the CEE countries
- In addition to exciting projects ranging from the optimisation of branch processes to the development of business strategy, our day-to-day work offers a variety of facets. We are currently focussing in particular on setting up and implementing our sustainability strategy.
- Depending on the project, you will work closely with colleagues from all departments and our countries.
- You will support the establishment and further development of our project management standards.

**Qualifications**
- You are at least in the third semester of your business studies (university/university of applied sciences or similar).
- You have a very good command of English (written and spoken), other foreign language skills are an advantage, but not a must.
- Practical experience in a management consultancy or a similar environment through internships is an advantage.
- You are interested in the retail and consumer goods industry.
- You have an innovative personality and are open to new ideas.
- You work independently, think analytically, are self-confident and show initiative
