Total Rewards Specialist

**About the job**

As a **Total Rewards Specialist**, you will report directly to the Global Head of Total Rewards. In this role you will further broaden your extensive knowledge in Compensation&Benefits in an international corporate setup. Your main tasks will consist of managing corporate programs and projects - including design, modeling, costing, rollout and guiding corporate initiatives/implementations at RHI Magnesita. Your stakeholders are colleagues from People&Culture from our different global regions, as well as the business leaders themselves.

**In addition, your tasks will include**
- Manage job and pay structures, compensation surveys and market analysis
- Design and implement global processes for salary increases, short term incentives and mobility
- Manage global mobility service providers and assignments
- Research latest developments and practices in C&B policies

**About You**

You are a strong communicator with a collaborative attitude. With your great enthusiasm and creative mindset, you bring new ideas to the table, not only as an individual but also together with your colleagues. You work well in cross-functional teams and are not afraid to take responsibility and make decisions. With your hands-on mentality, structured approach and analytical skills, you proactively seek to improve the status quo. **What we expect from you in terms of**

**Education**

A master’s degree in business administration/Human Resources or similar

**Languages**

English - Proficient/Fluent

German - Advanced

**Work Experience**

A few years’ relevant working experience

The potential annual gross salary for this position is € 65.000 on a full-time basis. We value your education, skills and experience and will make sure these are reflected accordingly in your final set salary.
