**Außendienst-Position (Region: Innsbruck)**:
Wir suchen Menschen mit Erfahrung im **Hospitality-/HoReCa
- oder Retail-Umfeld**, die Lust haben, in die Welt moderner **Fintech
- und SaaS-Zahlungslösungen** einzusteigen. Wenn du digitale Services lieber erklärst als Prospekte auszuteilen, bist du hier richtig.

- Außendienst in einer der genannten Regionen
- Gültiger EU-Führerschein & eigenes Fahrzeug

Mit einem **All-in-One-Ansatz**, über 450 Tech-Partnern und Präsenz in 22 EU-Ländern unterstützen wir Unternehmen dabei, Zahlungen, Banking und Akzeptanzprozesse so einfach wie möglich zu gestalten.

**Deine Aufgaben**:

- **Direkte Betreuung vor Ort**: Du triffst Händler*innen persönlich, präsentierst unsere Lösungen und unterstützt bei der Einrichtung.
- **Onboarding & Aktivierung**: Du begleitest neue Kund*innen durch Verifizierung, Setup und erste Nutzung.
- **Portfolio-Entwicklung**: Du beobachtest, wie aktiv Händler*innen unsere Services nutzen, und setzt Impulse zur Verbesserung.
- **Beratung bei Bestandskund*innen**: Du hilfst, wenn Fragen auftauchen - praxisnah, lösungsorientiert, ohne Umwege.
- **Selbstständige Tourenplanung**: Du koordinierst Termine und Routen eigenständig und nutzt dabei Tools sowie eigene Marktbeobachtung.
- **Sicherstellen des vollständigen Registrierungsprozesses**: Du sorgst dafür, dass neue Händler*innen wirklich startklar sind - nicht nur „registriert“.
- **Aktive Nutzung fördern**: Du zeigst Kund*innen, wie sie mit unseren Services schneller, einfacher und effizienter arbeiten können.
- **Weitergabe komplexer Fälle**: Du erkennst, wann Support nötig ist, und leitest Anliegen klar strukturiert weiter.
- **Produktpräsentationen mit Nutzenargumentation**: Du erklärst Vorteile verständlich, konkret und mit Blick auf das Geschäftsmodell des Kunden.

**Requirements**:

- Mindestens **2 Jahre Erfahrung** im Vertrieb oder Business Development, idealerweise in Finanzdienstleistungen, Retail oder HoReCa.
- Verständnis für den **Vorteil digitaler Finanz
- und Payment-Lösungen**.
- Erfahrung mit **CRM-Systemen**.
- Klare und überzeugende Kommunikation, sicher im Gespräch und bei Verhandlungen.
- Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, gutes Zeitmanagement und Belastbarkeit.
- Freude am Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Menschen und Unternehmertypen.
- Affinität zu digitalen Tools & pragmatischer Technikzugang.
- Deutsch fließend, Englisch sicher.
