**YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Developing reports, dashboard, and processes
- Creating and maintaining lead lifecycle segmentation across a variety of platforms
- Managing the mass upload of new data and transfer of CRM data and information
- Ensuring the correct functioning of Workflows, Validation Rules, Approval Processes and Assignment Rules
- Supporting Field Marketing, Demand Generation, Sales Development and Communications teams with data requirements of their campaigns
- Managing regular data quality reporting

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- University degree in marketing, advertising, business management or related field
- Previous Salesforce administration experience with a strong understanding of best practice and functionality is a must
- Proficient in custom objects, validation rules, workflows, reporting, dashboards, assignment rules and formula fields
- Experience working with Marketing Automation platforms such as Hubspot
- Excellent Microsoft Excel knowledge
- Strong numerical and analytical skills (being able to spot trends/anomalies)
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, fluent in English
