**UX Designer (f/m/x)**:

- We are currently looking for an agile_ **_UX Designer (f/m/x)_** _for one of our international, innovative and steadily growing clients, a scale-up company in the payment industry based in Vienna. FULLY REMOTE IN THE EU_

**These exciting tasks are awaiting you**:

- Together with developers and product managers, you will be responsible for the design of our app and create a great user experience for customers from different industries
- In your role as UX Designer, you will have the opportunity to work with the Lead UX/UI Designer to rebuild the UX space, introduce best practices and design standards
- Part of your job is to define and execute user tests, customer workshops, as well as user interviews and their analysis
- Be responsible for creating, analyzing and testing design prototypes
- Use your experience to maintain and enhance the design system and design UI elements, interactions and screens, UI guidelines and CI enhancements (colors, typography, icons, animations)
- Create user flows for the development of new features

**Your experience so far**:

- Experience in UI/UX design and/or mobile app and software design.
- Good understanding of the interrelationships between UI design & UX design with consideration for technical limitations
- Analytical thinking and data based work
- Very good communication skills
- Very good English skills to work with the team and very good German skills to conduct interviews and workshops with clients
