- Job description: _After a thorough training and familiarization period, you will be responsible for the following tasks in the production area:

- Execution, training and control of various production processes in the manufacture of our emitters
- Evaluation, development and improvement of production processes
- Conversion of product requirements into process requirements
- Definition and selection of suitable equipment
- Close cooperation with our engineering and production department
- Analysis of production data and derivation of improvement measures
- Qualifications:_
- Technical education (university, UAS) with focus on materials science, nanoengineering, applied physics or similar
- First work experience in a similar function
- Fine motor skills, demand for quality and critical approach
- Ability to work under pressure, independent working style and problem solving skills
- Extensive IT user:inside knowledge and programming experience (Python, LabView,..) desirable

This position entails a gross salary according to the collective bargaining agreement (minimum EUR 2.977,96) and may significantly increase based on qualification and experience.
