FLIGHT DISPATCH SUPPORT (f/m/d)
in Full Time Employment

Job duties:
Support of a dedicated dispatch team in all routine tasks, working form the
company head office in Wien Schwechat (LOWW) as well as from the outstation
in Oberpfaffenhofen (EDMO) and from home office

Arrangement of handling, overflight & landing authorizations, slots, PPR, etc.

Creation and monitoring of compliant and efficient flight plans

Flight watch
Administrative issues
Contact person for flight crews and aircraft management personnel

Your profile:

Fluent in English and German language (mandatory)

Prior experience** **as dispatcher in general aviation or in airline OCC (desirable)

Dispatch license (desirable)
Knowledge of Jeppesen, ARINC, CFMU and other aviation-specific software

Solid computer skills, experience with MS Office
Willing to do shift work and to work on weekends
High flexibility, very good organizational and co-ordinational skills

High degree of responsibility, service orientation and ability to work under
pressure

Right to live and work in Austria

We offer:
A full time employment contract within a dynamic international team, a stable duty
roster and an annual gross salary of EUR 33.600;
- (without dispatch license) / EUR
36.400;
- (with dispatch license). Overpayment is possible depending on qualification
and experience.
