At Journi, a creative tech company and Austria's most innovative start-up of 2024, we’re on a mission to build **the world’s most-downloaded printing app**. Our app empowers customers to effortlessly create beautiful photo books and other print products. Using AI technology, we automatically create personalized designs based on the content our users want to print. We're looking for a passionate and experienced **Product Manager** to join our **Ecosystem Team**, a dynamic, innovative group working on the future of our app experience and new product concepts. This is a **full-time role** (38.5h/week) based in **Vienna**, and you'll work closely with talented designers, engineers, and stakeholders to build products that delight our users and open up new markets.

**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:

- Own the product development process for your area and guide a cross-functional team.
- Deeply understand our product, users, and competitive landscape to ensure we stay ahead.
- Collaborate with teams across the company to define OKRs and set ambitious product goals.
- Conduct market research and gap analysis to identify areas for innovation and improvement.
- Plan and document features and experiments to support growth and engagement.
- Work with designers to ensure a seamless, delightful UX, with a hands-on approach in Figma when needed.
- Partner with engineers to translate ideas into reality, gathering requirements and estimating efforts.
- Track product development, analyze impact, and ensure continuous iteration and improvement.
- Be the product champion for your area, aligning product vision with company goals and advocating for it across the organization.

**This role is especially exciting as you’ll**:

- Help shape and evolve use cases that support the Journi ecosystem, enabling users to capture, collect and relieve their memories.
- Partner with fellow senior product managers from various teams to jointly brainstorm, develop roadmaps, and refine our strategies through mutual challenges.

**YOUR BAG OF TRICKS**:
**You're a product person at heart and thrive in cross-functional, fast-moving teams. You bring**:

- 4+ years of experience in Product Management, especially in digital products or mobile/web app development.
- A genuine passion for technology, especially photo, printing, or blogging apps.
- Strong product thinking, with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.
- Great communication and stakeholder management skills - you align and motivate cross-functional teams with ease.
- A deep understanding of UX/UI design principles, and ability to prototype in Figma.
- A hands-on, proactive attitude with a knack for problem-solving.
- The ability to juggle multiple projects while keeping the bigger picture in mind.
- A collaborative, positive attitude - you're a team player who lifts others up.
- Always learning, open to feedback, and unafraid to challenge the status quo.
- You are permitted to work in the EU/Austria.
- You are able to relocate to / based in Vienna - the world’s most liveable city

- A fair yearly gross salary in accordance with the Collective Agreement, starting at €60,000. Our final offer depends on your experience and qualifications amongst other factors.
