We just closed our $80M Series B funding and are thriving in this fast-paced hypergrowth phase. We are now looking for a new colleague to become our Public Relations Specialist in Vienna

As a Public Relations Specialist, you will be creating company-wide public relations plans and strategies that improve the quality of the company's voice via different online & offline channels. You will also be responsible for all communications, public relations, and public affairs of Yokoy and bring awareness to our brand.

Tasks
- You serve as a first contact person for all media inquiries and media agencies
- You are responsible for creating, planning, and executing value adding stories and public relations strategies to position Yokoy in the different markets through media
- You write press releases, media announcements, speeches, and other PR content
- You conduct media research and analyze public opinion
- You build and maintain targeted media lists, and nurture relationships
- You monitor and analyze the effectiveness of PR campaigns

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 years of professional experience in Journalism or Public Relations and broad experience as a Public Relations Manager or in a similar role
- You already gained experience with PR campaigns and media management as well as social media platforms
- You have applicable knowledge in copywriting and editing
- You describe yourself as a self-motivated, proactive, responsible & professional team player
- Fluent in German and English, other languages are a plus
