Um das Wachstum weiter voranzutreiben, suchen wir einen erfahrenen Sales Director (f/m/d) der bereits fundierte Kentnisse aus dem Sektor Automotive mitbringt. Sie übernehmen die Verantwortung über die globalen Vertriebsstrukturen und berichten direkt an die Geschäftsführung.

Aufgaben
- Führung und Leitung des internationalen Vertriebs (Sales
- & Key Account Manager)
- Koordination und Schnittstelle zu allen vertriebsrelevanten Abteilungen
- Verantwortlich für alle kaufmännischen und vertragsrechtlichen Themen
- Führung eines Teams von ca. 20 Mitarbeitern
- Erstellung von Vertriebsanalysen und Marktstrategien
- Auf
- und Ausbau der internationalen Vertriebsstrukturen und Prozesse
- Umsetzung der Unternehmensstrategie in Abstimmung mit der Geschäftsführung

Qualifikation
- Abgeschlossene technische und/oder betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung
- Führungs
- und Leitungserfahrung im internationalen Vertrieb
- Fundierte Erfahrung im Sektor Automotive
- Hohe Kompetenz im Aufbau von Vertriebsstrukturen und -Prozessen
- Ausgezeichnete Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse

**Vergütung**: ab € 110.000 brutto p.a. In Abhängigkeit von
Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung wird eine marktkonforme Dotierung geboten.
