Tasks - acting as the primary point of contact for potential talents and clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process - participating in kickoff and check-in calls with partner companies to understand their needs and the ideal fit we are searching for each position - optionally: identify potential partners and leads that align with our values (focus on diversity and inclusion) and contact them for potential collaborations **Requirements**: **️ a talent magnet**: with 2+ years of sourcing or headhunting experience, you are a professional in identifying top talents and securing the best fits for our partners.
