Tasks
As Tech Recruiter you are responsible for the engagement and attraction of Engineering and Tech talent for Yokoy. We are a product-driven company and our product is the key factor for our and our clients' success. The attraction and hiring of new employees in our Tech team is crucial for our continous growth. Finding the right people at the right time without compromising on the quality is key.
**Your responsibilities**:
- Partner with the hiring managers in Tech to understand their talent needs and lead the end to end talent acquisition process
- Manage the interview process and ensure that decisions are made in a structured way and according to pre-defined criteria with the goal of reducing bias
- Establish strong relationships with hiring managers, help them create meaningful job descriptions and job postings that will attract the right skills on the market
- Creatively and pro-actively source talent on LinkedIn as well as other platforms, find the talent that isn’t looking to be hired but gets excited about Yokoy and our work
- Advise hiring managers on the hiring process and be a thought leader on how to find the best talent on the market
- Build and maintain relationships with talent over time that is skilled and interested in Yokoy and wants to join us as we grow
- Work as an integral member of our growing international talent acquisition team, where we celebrate not just the goals, but also the assist
**Requirements**:
- Full-cycle recruitment experience; technical recruitment experience, preferably in a fast growing start up environment
- Experience in direct-sourcing Engineering and Product talent and a good understanding of the current talent market
- Experience in using sourcing tools such as: LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Google Xray search, boolean search
- Demonstrated ability to utilize networking tools and resources to identity diverse talent
- Proficiency in using ATS systems, ideally Lever
- Demonstrated ability to partner with executives as your hiring managers
- You are an adaptable organized, efficient, independent self-starter and problem-solver with a can-do-attitude
- Fluency in English, German would be an asset
