Talent Manager

**What you'll do**:
- You will be a strategic partner to your Hiring Managers who advice and coach them.
- Additionally, you will drive or support various HR projects and initiatives, including, but not limited to, networking within the community.
- You will develop and maintain a continually stocked pipeline of quality talent who may qualify for future positions and manage recruiting databases and other HR assets in structured and timely manners.
**What you bring to the table**:
- You have successfully completed your studies or have a comparable qualification and you already gained some experiences in Talent Attraction.
- You have a growth mindset - you're willing to learn quickly, move things forward, and go the extra mile together as a team.
- You have a high level of organizational talent, service orientation, adaptability and independent working
- You are passionate about effective stakeholder management and relationship building.
- You are familiar with modern tech sourcing and selection techniques as well as relevant programs and tools (e.g. Applicant Tracking Systems like Personio).
- You feel comfortable to communicate in English.
