Recruitment Manager/ Talent Acquisition Manager

**YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Hands-on Recruitment (60%)**
- Proactive, hands-on recruitment at all levels for technical, sales and services roles across EMEA, APAC and other international locations.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment; and advise management teams on ways to enhance the overall employer brand.
- Partner with hiring managers and local HR teams to provide a proactive and responsive recruitment service.

**Talent Acquisition Strategy and Team Management (40%)**
- Implement and deliver the Global Talent Strategy; driving the sourcing model consistently across the business.
- Prepare budgeting; reporting key recruitment statistics; and continuous reviews to improve the recruitment process, particularly with regards to social media and employer branding.
- Create and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to provide advice on strategy; liaising with business partners to review and align job profiles with the external market.
- Reporting into the HR VP, you are the driving force behind your globally based recruitment team (2-3 recruiters).

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- Min. 5-7 years of experience as an in-house recruiter within a fast-paced, commercial environment on a global scale.
- People management experience is highly desirable.
- Ability to manage the recruitment process in high volumes and to tight deadlines.
- Evidence of multiple stakeholder management up to senior level.
