Karo is at an exciting stage in its journey to become a €1 billion European leader in consumer healthcare._
- Our purpose is to deliver better everyday health through smart choices and after a series of exciting acquisitions, we now own a strong portfolio of consumer healthcare brands, including E45, Decubal, Nailner, CCS, Multi-Gyn, Flux, Paracet, Alpha Foods, Remescar and Nutravita across Global markets. _
- Alongside a continued active M&A agenda, our target is to accelerate the growth of our current brand portfolio, growing 7-10% CAGR over the next 3 years. For our priority brands, this means double-digit growth, equating to growth well ahead of the category. To achieve this, we must serve consumers better than the competition and for Karo, this requires a transformation in how we build our brands, innovate and go to market._

With this initiative we expand our in-house Talent Acquisition team and looking for the eager rock-star **Recruiter **to help us finding the best talents internationally and bring new Karo'its on board.

**Roles and responsibilities**
- Active talent sourcing at LinkedIn, social media, and related platforms
- Pre-screen, interview, and coordinate the applicants according to the Karo hiring standards
- Become a partner to your hiring managers, make sure they have all the needed details to proceed with their interviews, and provide feedback in a timely manner afterward
- Pro-actively network with-, reach out-, and attract the passive talents as well as bring them to the active pipeline
- Initiate and participate in side projects such as employer branding, communities management, networking, diversity, etc.

**Requirements**:

- University degree in human resources, business administration, psychology, or related field
- At least 2 years of the experience working in talent sourcing/ scouting and the talent acquisition, ideally you already recruited for e-commerce, medical science, or related projects internationally
- Hands-on approach with pre-screening, effective interviewing, and rapid coordination
- Excellent interpersonal skills and focus on the teamwork
- Excellent written and spoken English skills, German is a plus
