**What would be your major** responsibilities**?**
- Nurture & grow the paysafecard social media channels
- Platforms: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube
- Kick-start our TikTok channel & grow a following through regular content
- Develop social media & content strategies per channel
- Plan & organize social media editorial calendars
- Produce content from start to end: Ideation, briefing / production, publishing
- Monitor comments & engage with our communities daily
- Run regular give-aways from start to end
- Populate monthly social media reportings & own OKRs
- Create benchmarks & set realistic goals for our channels
- Run A/B tests to optimize our social media content
- Promote content via paid social advertisement (Meta adsmanager)
- Propose new projects or changes according to trends & strategy
- Work with influencers & creators on content production

**Is this you?**
- Academic degree in **Marketing, Digital Marketing, Social Media** or equivalent education
- 1+ years relevant working experience
- Personal interest in** Video & Mobile Games, **e-Sports & Pop Culture** is a **MUST**:

- Experience in influencer marketing is an advantage
- Excellent understanding of all major social media platforms
- Good understanding of media design & asset production
- Great story-telling skills & lots of creativity
- Experience with social media & listening tools like Brandwatch
- Skilled in Adobe CS (Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator) and / or FIGMA
- Great analytical skills & laser-focus on driving tangible business impact
- Strategic mindset to deliver holistic plans
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion to keep on track of social media trends
- Ability to multi-task & assess priorities
- Excellent time management & organization skills
- Strong initiative & dedication to quality
- Self-motivation & self-reliance
- Adaptable, flexible, and willingness to embrace change
- ** Full proficiency in English**, additional language skills advantageous (i.e. Spanish, German)
