**Key Account Manager - Oncology (Gynecology) West-Österreich (M/W/D)**

**Accountabilities**
- Manage strategic accounts to optimize the performance of the Oncology portfolio.
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities to expand market reach and impact.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and medical institutions to support business growth.
- Develop tailored business strategies designed to achieve ambitious sales and portfolio objectives.
- Represent AstraZeneca's values and standards consistently in all professional interactions with external and internal stakeholders.
- Proactively pursue new commercial and strategic opportunities to maximize portfolio success.
- Collaborate across functions—including marketing, sales, and medical teams—to deliver integrated excellence.
- Conduct scientific discussions and provide educational presentations to inform and engage stakeholders.
- Mentor and support colleagues, sharing expertise and promoting best practices within the team.

**Experience/ Skills**:

- Completed pharmaceutical representative exam.
- Either completed pharmaceutical representative exam or Scientific degree (MSc equivalent), preferably in medicine, pharmacy, dentistry, or veterinary medicine.
- Excellent German and English language skills (spoken and written) and B category driving license.
- Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical market and Austrian healthcare system, with significant hospital market experience.
- Proven track record in sales, negotiation, and key account management.
- Advanced expertise in products and therapy areas.
- Excellent planning, management, presentation, and communication skills.
- Proficient with CRM systems, MS Office, and analytical tools.
- High performance drive, initiative, and self-motivation.
- Team-oriented mindset with customer focus and results-driven approach.
- Exceptional selling, negotiation, and strategic problem-solving capabilities.
- Flexible, resilient, confident, and open to continuous development and change.
- Careful attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure.
