**S&OP Specialist Forecast & Data/Processes (m/w/d)**

**Ihre Rolle: Übernehmen Sie die Herausforderung**

Setzen Sie Ihren Fokus gezielt auf die Zukunft der Planung bei B&R Automation setzen. In der Rolle als **S&OP Specialist Forecast & Data/Processes (m/w/d)** übernehmen Sie eine zentrale Funktion in der Weiterentwicklung unserer Forecast
- und Fulfillment-Prozesse. Ihre Arbeit trägt direkt zur Verbesserung der Lieferperformance und zur strategischen Ausrichtung unseres Unternehmens bei.
- Erstellung und Automatisierung statistischer Forecasts in SAP IBP basierend auf Verkaufsdaten
- Datenbereinigung: Identifikation und Korrektur von Ausreißern, fehlenden Werten oder auffälligen Spitzen
- Teilnahme an monatlichen S&OP-Workshops zur Abstimmung mit interdisziplinären Teams
- Unterstützung bei der Optimierung von End-to-End-Prozessen und Verwaltung von Stammdaten in der Produktionsplanung

**Ihre Qualifikationen für eine Rolle, die bewegt**
- Erfahrung mit SAP ERP (PP-Modul), SAP IBP, PP/DS oder vergleichbarer Planungssoftware
- Kenntnisse in Python, SQL und BI-Tools wie Power BI oder Tableau
- Verständnis für Budget
- und Performance-Management
- Erfahrung in Datenanalyse & Reporting sowie Projektmanagement
- Know-how in Bestandsmanagement, Logistik und Fulfillment-Prozessen
- Fähigkeit zur Ressourcenplanung und Kapazitätssteuerung
- Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Eigeninitiative und Teamorientierung
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
