**Your Role: Own the Challenge**

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Senior Communications Specialist to strengthen our brand, support business growth, and connect employees through impactful storytelling. In this role, you’ll thrive at the intersection of external and internal communications—crafting narratives that resonate with diverse audiences while fostering engagement across the organization.
- Shape and deliver impactful narratives that translate complex business, product, and cultural topics into clear, engaging stories for both external audiences and employees.
- Create and manage high-quality multi-channel content (press releases, blog posts, newsletters, video scripts, leadership messages) ensuring consistency in tone, branding, and strategic alignment.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (product management, marketing, HR, leadership) to plan and execute communication campaigns and events that drive awareness, engagement, and alignment.
- Track, analyze, and optimize communication effectiveness through KPIs and feedback, continuously improving content, channels, and employee engagement.

**What it takes to Run what runs the world**
- More than 8 years of experience in both external and internal communications, preferably in a matrixed, international organization.
- Proven experience in strategic storytelling, media relations, technology communication, change communication, and employee engagement.
- Strong writing, editing, and presentation skills in English. German language skills are a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders with a collaborative, proactive mindset.
- High level of business acumen and the ability to translate complex topics into clear, engaging messages.

In accordance with the collective agreement for the electrical and electronics industry in Austria, the minimum salary for this position is € 3,775.27 gross per month as of May 2025. There is a clear willingness to offer compensation above the collectively agreed minimum salary, depending on qualifications and experience.
