**Company Description**:
**Are you passionate about finance topics and are you interested in closely monitoring the developments in the beverage business (volume, P&L, BS & CF)? Would you like to contribute to the profitable and cash-conscious development of the Red Bull beverage business?**
We are looking for a (Junior) Beverage Controller who will contribute to realistic, accurate, and high-quality month-end closings, business plans, and revised estimates by preparing on-time and error-free reports, presentations, variance analysis, etc. You will also help maintain our main working files, ensuring all the master data changes.
In this position, you’ll continuously drive development in your assigned tasks and for the projects you will be involved in. You’re in close cooperation with other controlling teams and with the treasury department.
For this position, we are searching for someone who supports us 20 hours per week.
**Planning**
Implement the latest master data changes into our working files. Ensure our working files are up-to-date and error-free
Perform assigned planning checks to ensure data accuracy
Collaboratively prepare error-free Business Plan Review Packages for several countries
Support the Global Beverage Controller in the Strategic Alignment process
**Month-End & Year-End Closing & Analysis**
Perform month-end closing tasks for expenses reclassification to ensure correct profit center reporting
Act as a stand-in for the month-end closing and year-end closing for Red Bull GmbH (SAP/HFM CO closing)
Prepare on-time and error-free month-end closing presentation/analysis including insightful comments on Volume, P&L, BS&CF, and the Latest Estimate development
**Projects & Ad Hoc Requests**
Preparation of Ad Hoc analysis, presentations, and simulations as needed
Gain deep insights as well as understand the global picture by analyzing and visualizing data
Various projects related to Indirect costs, benchmarking analysis, competitors’ analysis, etc.
**Systems & Global tools**
Establish a profound understanding of our Red Bull processes and system landscape
Maintain, Improve, Develop, Test, and Train existing and new coming reports, tools, and Excel working files
Get an in-depth understanding of the calculations and logic implemented in our key reporting files, systems, and tools
Constant optimization of processes, ways of working, and tools to allow more time for business analysis
**Qualifications**:
(Basic) Controlling and Finance knowledge
Good MS Excel knowledge
Systems: SAP R/3, SAP BI and Hyperion of advantage
Strong analytical and numerical skills with a strong disposition towards accuracy and a great eye for detail
Good communication and presentation skills
Self-motivated, self-directed ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced team environment
Performance oriented
Flexible, Open-minded person

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2208 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
