**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Verantwortung für die Servicekultur und das Kundenerlebnis
- Unterstützung des Store Managers bei der Leitung und dem Vorleben der Kundenerlebnisprinzipien für das Store-Team; Sicherstellung, dass die Service-/Verkaufskultur des Stores repräsentativ für die Marke Under Armour ist
- Aufrechterhaltung aller Standards der Warenpraesentation
- Beaufsichtigung aller Bereiche der Bestandskontrolle; Minimierung des Warenschwunds in der Filiale innerhalb der vorgegebenen Erwartungen
- Coaching und Befähigung der Teammitglieder
- Unterstützung bei der Verwaltung des gesamten Personalbestands des Geschäfts - saisonaler Einstellungsbedarf, erwarteter Umsatz; Rekrutierung und Einsatz, um sicherzustellen, dass das Geschäft jederzeit optimal besetzt ist
- In Zusammenarbeit mit dem Retail Operations Team und der lokalen Personalabteilung sorgen Sie für die Qualifizierung des gesamten Teams durch eine solide Einarbeitung und kontinuierliche Schulungen
- Rechtzeitiges und konstruktives Feedback an das Retail Operations Team zu allen Aspekten des Filialbetriebs
- Unterstützung bei der Verwaltung der Gehaltsabrechnungen der Filialen zur Optimierung der Geschäftsergebnisse; Sicherstellung, dass die Personalplanung den Anforderungen des Geschäfts entspricht
- Sammeln von Kundenfeedback zu Produkten und Weiterleitung an das Retail Operations Team
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller UA-Richtlinien und -Verfahren
- Vorleben der Verhaltensweisen, die sich im UA Way widerspiegeln: Walk with a Purpose; Be Humble, Stay Hungry; No One Person is Bigger than the Brand - Team; Integrity

**Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)**:

- 2 - 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Management von Einzelhandelsgeschäften, idealerweise bei einer internationalen Premium-Marke
- Vertrautheit mit verschiedenen POS-Kassensystemen im Einzelhandel
- Ausgeprägtes Verständnis für den Ladenbetrieb, einschließlich Visual Merchandising, Lagerhaltung, Risikomanagement und Sicherheit
- Fließende Beherrschung der Landessprache; Englischkenntnisse sind sehr erwünscht
