**Are you ready to give wings to our Beverage Procurement Team?**:
In this role you'll be responsible for the relationship with our global 3rd party filling plants. You'll collaborate closely with external and internal stakeholders, identify and qualify new suppliers and bring in new (market) trends to further develop potential improvements and savings.

**SUPPLIER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT**:
In this role you'll enforce the execution of supplier relationship management procedures and other supplier and outsourcing guidelines, obligations and service level agreements within the business units. You'll c ommunicate to all stakeholders the added value and results that Procurement brings to the organization and e stablish and maintain regular communications with the relevant business unit stakeholders regarding pertinent sourcing activities.

**IDENTIFY & QUALIFY NEW SUPPLIERS**:
As Strategic Procurement Manager you'll identify, interview and qualify potential new strategic co-packer (filling plants) in order to secure more cost-effective sources of products and services. Your responsibility will also contain the n egotiation of pricing, terms and conditions of contracts with global co-packer (filling plants). You'll a pply knowledge of auditing supplier risk factors, internal compliance requirements and regulatory requirements to identify and deploy appropriate strategies that aim to reduce and mitigate potential risks associated with a supplier, establishing a secure supply chain. You'll also m onitor contractor performance (KPI) to ensure quality of service.

**MONITOR & ANALYSE MARKET TRENDS**:
Finally, you'll monitor and analyze (market) trends in global food & beverage filling market tol i dentify areas for potential improvements and savings.

**Your areas of knowledge and expertise**:

- Advanced Diploma in Procurement, Degree in Business Administration or proven long term experience on the job
- At least 5+ years experience in procurement and minimum 2+ years experience with 3rd party filling plants
- Understanding of beverage industry and state of the art procurement processes
- Ability to drive the delivery of financial, operational and performance objectives against agreed targets
- Profound negotiation skills and excellent analytical skills
- Strong communications skills (verbal and written) in English (German is a plus)
- Experienced in working within a fast-paced environment in a global organization
- Strong working knowledge of contracts as well as h igh level of personal energy and drive
- SAP experience is a plus
