Talent Acquisition - Posting job opportunities, looking after General Applications and assistance in maintaining the necessary lists and reporting. - Learning our internal processes, proposing improvements as applicable, as well as maintaining our internal knowledge database. - Undertaking research for the team, as required, and sharing those insights as our expert on industry news/trends. - Assisting with job fair preparation and attending with the team. People & Culture - Maintaining our database for new starter packages and being the ‘point person’ with all external vendors for this global initiative. - Regularly uploading People-news and guidelines to our intranet and maintaining our EVP calendar. - Responsible for collecting and uploading new employee information for our monthly internal communications. **What you’ll need**: - Passion for HR with 2+ years of experience, preferably in an assistant/administrator role within an international IT, SME or scale-up environment. - Fluent German and English language skills. - Passion for HR related topics and the talent to see where improvement is required. - Good analytical skills; advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets and HRIS (ideally Personio). - Superior attention to detail and enthusiasm for teamwork, with integrity and a strong ethic. - Ability to work with confidential information and maintain a high level of discretion. - Open, friendly personality who scores high on solution orientation, good time management and organisational skills. - Willingness to work in an international scale-up environment and contribute to the company's success by acting as a competent partner. **Are you ready to apply?** The minimum CBA salary for this position is €36.890 gross per year based on full-time employment (38.5 hours/week).
