Are you furthermore interested in a temporary, part-time role for about 2 years supporting our People & Organisation Department? If your answer is YES to these questions, we have an exciting job opportunity for you as Human Resources Professional. **About the Role** Working within an international matrix environment you will be the HR contact person for our Novo Nordisk employees in Austria, reporting directly to our People & Organisation Director. You will successfully support the P&O Director in all kind of business tasks and pro-actively drive the coordination of operational HR tasks, processes and projects for Novo Nordisk Austria while ensuring the confidentiality of all business matters and a smooth HR operation flow. Furthermore, you will - be responsible for HR administrative activities, operational tasks and processes and manage personnel files, including independent processing of all entry and exit formalities, immigration related procedures and issues - prepare employment contracts, agreements and other HR related documents - Ensure preparation and processing of salary data (absence management, travel expense reports and all kinds of compensations) - be the main contact person to our external payroll provider and ensure a seamless monthly payroll run, its payment of salaries and related taxes (health insurance, tax office, municipality) - be the point of contact to municipality, local authorities and pension offices - pro-actively support and follow-up on development activities training coordination for the affiliate, including onboarding of new employees - independently drive order processing and invoice management for P&O - ensure close cooperation with Finance/Accounting in regards of HR related costs, budgets and accruals - act as a role model on Novo Nordisk behaviour and cross-functional cooperation and ensure business ethics and compliance **In addition to your affiliate responsibility, you will be part of the People & Organisation network in “North West Europe” Business Area. The office is located in Vienna, Austria.** **About you** - You have a Bachelor and/or Master’s degree or other relevant commercial academic background in business administration/economics, preferably with specialisation in Human Resources - You bring exemplary professional working experience in Human Resources, ideally from international business environment - You have thorough knowledge of Payroll/Personnel Accounting and Austrian labour law - You bring exceptional experience with and strong affinity to work with numbers, processes and various IT systems - You have a very structured, accurate working style and a solution-oriented mindset - You bring a communicative, open personality with high networking ability and passion for collaboration across functions with you - You have excellent written and spoken German and English language skills **Contact and deadline** **About Novo Nordisk and our offer** Novo Nordisk is its people.
