**Your profile**

Key requirements:

- Passion for the world of recruiting
- Ideally, some prior internship or work experience in recruiting
- Excellent proficiency in both German and English
- Familiarity with G-Suite tools, and if you've used an ATS system before, that's a bonus
- Valid Austrian work permit or current enrollment at an Austrian university/FH

**Salary range**

Just so you know what to expect: The monthly gross salary for an internship is € 1,972 on a full-time basis. At Tractive, that means a 4-day work week with a 3-day weekend.
